Bergs Gård is only about 1 mile from Bomans. They offer a complete arena for mountain biking. There is a technical area with four different landscaped tracks: Pump Track with jump line, Technical track with many different "features", Flow Trail and Lillebrors Wave. When you have played in the technical area, 28 km of trails and loops await in the forest, which are designed, landscaped and marked with MTB in sight and of varying difficulty. We have a 3 km e-loop designed specifically for e-mtb. And it's all singletrack and 100% gravel road free.
It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Bergs Gård from Bomans. Rental bikes are included.

Start in Trosa harbor at Apelago a stone's throw from Bomans. There are options for both the experienced paddler and the beginner. Paddle in the river that winds through Trosa and then further out to sea.
Outside Trosa there is a fantastic archipelago with many islands to go ashore on and eat your picnic.

The kayaks are slightly shorter sea kayaks that are very stable and lightweight. They can be used by both adults and children. They have a spacious cockpit and have plenty of storage space for longer trips.
We recommend that you dress for the weather and bring a change of clothes.
