A perfect conference offers more than sitting still in the meeting rooms. Over the years, we have developed a wide range of activities to enhance the meeting and help you build team spirit. Read about our different activities below and do not hesitate to contact us with questions and requests.
A classic tip walk with a modern twist. Here you navigate around picturesque Trosa via iPads with GPS. Divided into teams, you will answer questions along the way about the interesting history of Bomans & Trosa. The game ends, of course, with an award ceremony and why not finish with a Trosa punch in Boman's garden.

This is a light-hearted and entertaining team competition, where the aim is to take as many spectacular photos as possible according to given assignments. Bring Friday fun to the conference! This activity is inspired by Sweden's most popular Friday snack and takes participants on a journey around Sweden and the world. In "Where are we going?" the emergency brake has been replaced by an iPad app, and all teams score points for answering the questions correctly. The activity is an excellent mood enhancer for pre-dinner drinks and during dinner. Minimum charge 10.000 SEK excluding VAT.

Point hunting in Trosa. Get The Point is a competition and an adventure that takes you out into the surroundings of Boman's Hotel. Using iPads, teams navigate their way to designated locations. Once the team is in the correct zone, they are presented with a challenge or question. The activity also includes time-limited missions and penalty zones, which deduct points. The challenges are guaranteed to be Google-free - genuine collaboration is required to come up with the solutions. The questions can be adapted to the location, conference theme or other company-specific information. The more difficult the task or the more inaccessible the location, the higher the score. This activity engages participants! Teams navigate to stations on the site where participants answer questions and complete tasks. The more missions that are answered correctly, the more points the team gets! The activity places high demands on communication and teamwork, which makes the team grow as a group. The tasks are answered using the tool of the day, an iPad, which the participants receive during the introduction To find the stations, they also receive a stylish game plan, with a clear drawing of Boman's facility. At each station position, they are greeted by a small board with a QR code motif (or by a signal from a hidden iBeacon). Professional filmmaking and genuine movie gala. Using props from famous movies, digital video cameras and professional film editors, each team creates their own interpretation of famous movie classics. The entries are presented during the evening's dinner, with pomp and circumstance, by our very own Billy Kristall. Laughter and tears of joy are promised when the participants' creative work is rewarded on the stage, which is adorned with two original statues (2.5m) from the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles.
