Trosabussen goes from Liljeholmen directly to Trosa harbor and takes about an hour. By car you drive about 6 mil south along the E4, take the exit Trosa / Vagnhärad and then it is only 7 km to Bomans. It is also easy to get to Trosa by train. From Stockholm C to Vagnhärad Station it takes about 35 minutes, then there is a bus to Trosa.
