WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

Bomans processes submitted personal data on the legal basis that it is necessary to fulfill the parties' agreement on hotel stays. Bomans may disclose personal data to third parties, such as the police or other authorities, if it concerns the investigation of a crime or if Bomans is otherwise obliged to disclose such information by law or by decision of an authority.
Bomans may also disclose personal data to the subcontractors that Bomans uses to market its services. Such subcontractors process personal data only on behalf of Bomans and in accordance with Bomans' instructions. Subcontractors are not entitled to use them in any other way than to fulfill their mission for Bomans.
