WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

However, in order to provide you with a high level of service, and to communicate with you about relevant offers and promotions, we may store your data for up to five years from your last stay with us. If you subscribe to Boman's newsletter, your personal data will be saved until you unsubscribe, provided that no new stay occurs during that time.

To the extent that Bomans is required by law or government regulation to save data for a longer period than stated above, the data is saved accordingly.

LEGAL BASIS

Bomans processes submitted personal data on the legal basis that it is necessary to fulfill the parties' agreement on hotel stays. Furthermore, Bomans has the right to process the guest's address and other contact information for marketing purposes based on a balance of interests, where Bomans, as long as the guest does not object to the processing, considers that its interest in marketing its products and services outweighs the guest's privacy interest.

TRANSITION

If Bomans sells, reorganizes or otherwise transfers all or part of our business, guests' personal data may be transferred at the same time.

WITH WHOM BOMANS SHARE THE DATA

Bomans may disclose personal data to third parties, such as the police or other authorities, if it concerns the investigation of a crime or if Bomans is otherwise obliged to disclose such information by law or by decision of an authority.

Bomans may also disclose personal data to the subcontractors that Bomans uses to market its services. Such subcontractors process personal data only on behalf of Bomans and in accordance with Bomans' instructions. Subcontractors are not entitled to use them in any other way than to fulfill their mission for Bomans.
