Blue is beautiful

The beautiful blue pillows on the bed are the inspiration. We had them before, but since almost nothing here is blue, they had been stored away, to no one's delight.
The beautiful fabric with the figures was purchased at my "happy place" in Paris. The rest of the room is a bit of a hodgepodge; most of it was just lying around here and there. My fantastic sister-in-law Karin has, as usual, painted both the wall decorations and the beautiful oil painting depicting Amanda, my daughter. My design partner, Anna, always comes up with good suggestions, and she now sews and paints like a goddess.
