Hunting is constantly present when you live in Trosa. Here it is absolutely teeming with wild boar, deer, etc. Now and then you even see deer in Boman's parking lot. Here it is about a slightly different type of hunting. The one that takes place at much warmer latitudes. From time to time I call Peter Vilidu, the court hunter at Tullgarn Castle and ask if he has any new Zebra for me. The one on the floor here needs to be replaced at regular intervals. Then he comes with his big car and I can rummage in the trunk for trophies from his various trips to Africa. Almost every year I go to South Africa, not to hunt but to taste good wines and just enjoy the culture and the warm winds. There are many great hotels that I try that give me inspiration for my own. Jean Engelbrecht at Rust en Vrede, one of South Africa's best wine producers, has become a good friend and I always look forward to my visits to the winery and his restaurant, which is one of South Africa's top restaurants.
