Gustav's delicious shrimp sandwich, served on butter-toasted brioche, is available in Boman's dining room from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

The Christmas breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Lunch is served in the dining hall from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Champagne toast at 6:00 p.m.
Soup and
generous seafood platters,
bread, butter, and cheese.

Coffee and truffles will be served in the Bomans Ballroom.

Christmas Day:
Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by check-out.
