In the Boman family, we love traditions—especially the ones that bring people together around a table.
The Christmas dinner has long been a tradition in our family. During the pandemic, we took a break from it, and that break ended up lasting a few years longer than we had originally planned.
It's that time again.
Together with Executive Chef Gustav, we’re bringing out the recipes, flavors, and favorites to breathe new life into Boman’s Christmas buffet.
Gustav is the master craftsman in the kitchen. He cures the herring, prepares the salmon, stuffs and smokes the sausages, and prepares the game—and everything is made from scratch. Just the way we like it.
