Romantic hotel with great conference facilities

Bomans is a boutique hotel with great conference facilities, we are definitely not a resort.

Do conference hotels have to be boring? No, they don't. Not if I have my way.
In my industry, the word 'facility' is often used when talking about conference hotels.
Establishment - doesn't that sound like a dull gray establishment where the food is ladled up from rattling canteens, the light as bright as in a Spanish tavern, the blankets as thin as leaves and the coffee as weak as a leaf.



This is what I always have in mind when I decorate at Bomans. The same goes for the food. Boman's chef Frederik and I have countless conversations about the food and I'm very passionate about it.
When it's time to change the menu, I'm involved in the planning. Should we change the bread service, how should breakfast be presented, can we include more local produce in the menu, etc.
Since I am a collector and scavenger, I often come home from trips with new ideas and gadgets that I incorporate into Boman's activities in one way or another.


My view of conferences is that the time spent together outside the conference room itself is extremely important.
Many interesting ideas and thoughts come up at the dinner table. I experience this myself when I go away with my own employees.

For myself, I think more wisely, sleep better and digest food more easily if it is beautiful and inspiring around me. Most of Boman's hotel rooms have a bathtub in the room. Enjoy a nice bath, read a magazine or a good book.

Treasure box

Bomans is like a treasure trove of new impressions, fabrics, books, photography and much more. The longer you stay here, the more you discover. Passion, playfulness and joy of decorating are important words for me and I know that our conference guests are inspired by our environment, which makes their creativity sparkle.

I would like to share my insane interest in shoes with my guests. At the time of writing, there are about 160 pairs of shoes on loan in our various hotel rooms. Most of them are beautiful women's shoes, but there are also some Christian Louboutin's for men to borrow.
To my great joy, I often see guests arriving for dinner in one of the beautiful pairs available at Bomans.
