Toast Pelle Janzon

Toast Pelle Janzon is truly one of my favorite dishes. It’s super easy to make. Just follow my recipe.

400 gr fillet of beef
2 cups of chopped red onion
1 cup of finely chopped chives
2 cups of Bleak roe
4 slices of sour dough bread
4 Raw egg yolks

Slice the meat into 4 pieces and put each between baking paper. Use a heavy pan and knock them hard to make the meat really flat.
Cut the edges of the bread and fry it in a hot pan with plenty of butter.
Place the bread on a plate and put the meat on top of it.
Put bleak roe on top and spread it into a circle.
Mix chives and red onions and put it around the bleak roe
Top it of with a raw egg yolk in the middle of the bleak roe.
Pepper and salt!

This is truly delicious!
