Stina Bomans dining room

In my family, we have devoted ourselves to the the restaurant business for several generations. It all started with my Great Grandmother Stina Boman who served hearty home cooking at her tavern Bomans Matsalar in Nyköping during the 30s to 50s.

My favorite food is pretty basic and simple but very well cooked. For me, a Toast Pelle Janzon on high-quality beef fillet and Kalixlöjrom is one of the best I can eat. It is also reflected in Boman’s menu. To the extent possible, we use organic and locally produced raw ingredients. Kristin

Lunch is served on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 12 Noon and 2 PM
Saturdays between 12.30 PM and 2.30 PM

Dinner is served between 5 – 8 PM Wednesday -Saturday.
The kitchen is closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.

Here you will find our specially selected wines and champagnes, we have even more varieties in our cellar so please ask your waiter for more suggestions.

The wine cellar is constantly changing, so some wines may be sold out
