Crispy potatoe cake with bleak roe from Kalix

For this delicious meal you need:

2 p

3 almond potatoes (leave the peel)
1 finely chopped red onion
2 large table spoons of Smetana
2 large table spoons of Kalix bleak roe
lemon
dill

Start by grating the pototes
chop the red onions

Prepare a pan with quite a bit of plain cooking oil, put it on the hot stove.
When the pan is really hot you press the potaoes in the pan until it’s thin like a pancake.
Add some salt and black pepper.
When the potatoe cake sticks together and has a middle brown color on the bottom side, flip it over and put a large chunk of butter on top of it.
Let the butter melt down thru the cake and when it’s crispy put it on a plate.
Add the bleak roe, Smetana and chopped onions.
Put some dill on top of it and a piece of lemon to squeeze on top o the bleak roe.
